Pre-registration is required at the Ephraim Business Council Tent and the competition is held in front of Ephraim Village Hall. There are three age groups: 10 and under, 11-17, and 18 and up.
The Ephraim Business Council is partnering with the Ephraim Historical Foundation to celebrate our community and heritage from 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm at the Ephraim Village Hall!
Guests must register at the website and are strongly encouraged to sign up for a Scandinavian dish to pass.
